60m² apartment, independent on the first floor, in the main and semi-detached house, inhabited on the ground floor by the owner. Independent entrance. Rental for 4 people maximum. Equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom with large shower, separate WC, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140, fans in the main rooms and a portable air conditioner. Quiet area near all shops and supermarkets (on foot or by bike), medical group and 2 pharmacies

  • a beautiful view of the hills and in the background the tennis club
  • the leather lounge adjoining the dining room and very comfortable for relaxing evenings
